BACP registered Psychotherapist

After several years living in Hongkong and working on projects across, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Indonesia and Europe - I returned to London, where I established and successfully ran my own company. Alongside my professional experience, I had a longstanding interest in wellbeing and mental health, informed by my understanding of the pressures of professional life, burnout and exhaustion. This led me to explore how I could use my experience to support others on a deeper, more personal level. I went on to train as an Integrative Psychotherapist, qualifying with CPCAB. Completing a specialist trauma training with East Kent Rape Crisis Centre (EKRCC), giving myself extensive experience in supporting survivors of sexual abuse and trauma.

I maintain an up-to-date DBS check as part of my commitment to safe and ethical practice.

I was a broken person when I first met Katie. The timing of the therapy helped me identify things that happened. I feel better about myself. I have my confidence back which will help me move forward into my future. I would strongly recommend working with her.

The Councelling has been helpful. It’s been good to challenge my beliefs which has slowly allowed me to change. I feel more balanced and have a greater understanding of myself. The work I have done with Katie has been invaluable.

'Beneath every behaviour there is a feeling.

And beneath every feeling there is a need. And when we meet that need rather than focus on the behaviour;

we begin to deal with the cause, not the symptom'
